Renowned for his dedication to exceptional service and uncompromising standards choosing only USDA Prime Black Angus for its superior flavor and texture. Each cut undergoes a meticulous dry-aging process on-site, a craft perfected with artisan care, before being carved to order by skilled in-house butchers into signature offerings like the Porterhouse, Prime New York Sirloin, Rib Eye, and Filet Mignon. The result? Luxuriously tender and juicy steaks, served sizzling hot with a beautifully caramelized crust.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Bangkok promises a menu to delight every palate, featuring not only its world-famous steaks but also a selection of exquisite entrées, including lamb, sashimi-grade tuna, fresh salmon, lobsters, and more. Our story

Wolfgang Zwiener

Upon opening the initial establishment in 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener had spent years learning his craft, drawing upon his knowledge to create steakhouse perfection. Since then, the team have grown across the globe, and there are currently 30 restaurants in total.
 


We only serve USDA Prime Black Angus steak, which we dry-age onsite in every restaurant for a period of 28 days.
